These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through our website (www.tanzaniawildlifevoyages.com), directly via our travel consultants, or via any affiliated channels. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to these terms in full.
Please read them carefully.
Tanzania Wildlife Voyages is a registered travel company based in Tanzania, offering safaris, trekking adventures, beach holidays, and cultural experiences. We act as both a direct service provider and intermediary for third-party services like lodges, domestic flights, and activities.
All bookings must be made in writing (email or our website form) and are considered confirmed once we receive a deposit payment.
A confirmation email with a detailed itinerary and invoice will be sent after the deposit is received.
You are responsible for checking the accuracy of all booking details.
If you wish to cancel your trip, the following cancellation charges will apply:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 working days.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation.
You may request changes to your itinerary after confirmation. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but changes may incur additional costs.
Significant changes to dates, routes, or accommodations within 30 days of the trip may be treated as a cancellation.
Travel insurance is mandatory for all our clients.
Your policy should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and personal liability.
Proof of travel insurance may be requested before or during your trip.
It is your responsibility to consult your doctor and ensure that you meet all health requirements for traveling to Tanzania.
Recommended vaccinations include yellow fever, hepatitis A & B, typhoid, and malaria prophylaxis.
You must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from your date of entry into Tanzania.
Most visitors require a visa to enter Tanzania. This can be obtained online or on arrival.
It is your responsibility to ensure all visa requirements are fulfilled.
Travel documents, including itineraries, accommodation vouchers, and tickets, will be shared after full payment has been received.
We recommend printing copies and saving them digitally.
Tanzania Wildlife Voyages:
Is not liable for injuries, damages, losses, delays, or irregularities that may occur due to weather, illness, political instability, or other causes beyond our control.
Will not be held responsible for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by force majeure including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, or government actions. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your trip or offer partial refunds where feasible.
You agree to behave respectfully and responsibly during your travels.
You are responsible for any damage caused by your actions to accommodation, vehicles, or equipment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a risk to other travelers, staff, or wildlife.
Any complaints must be reported to your guide or our local representative as soon as possible during the trip.
If unresolved, please submit a formal written complaint within 14 days of your return.
We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Tanzanian law. Any legal disputes shall be handled exclusively by the competent courts in Tanzania.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of your travel arrangements and will never be shared without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
